Cape Argus Pick ‘n Pay Tour

The Cape Argus Pick ‘n Pay Tricycle and Junior Tours take place on Saturday 13 March 2010 and is one fun-filled family day that should not be missed!

The Tricycle Tour aims to teach young children the essential elements of cycling, including road etiquette and safety. Aimed at ages 2 – 6 years, the young entrants will ride a 1.5km route under the watchful eye of an accompanying parent. Parents, please remember your running shoes and a helmet for your child!

Cape Argus Pick ‘n Pay Junior Tour

No Helmet No Ride! The Junior Tour caters for ages 6 – 12 years, offers a more challenging 5km or 10km route choice and gives the youngsters a glimpse of what it will be like to ride in the Cycle Tour when they are a bit older. Parents have to be on a bicycle if they want to accompany a Junior Tour participant.

All participants will receive a medal certificate for completing the route, ice cold drinks at the refreshment stations and a fun-filled goody bag at the finish.
