Tickets Now On Sale - Book Now!
Tickets For Sing-A-Long Concerts In South Africa - 7pm 31 Jan, 1 Feb And 2 Feb 2008
The THRASS Family SING-A-LONG Resources, which will comprise a 96-page hard-back book, an interactive book, an audio CD and a colouring book, will use 44 songs that parents and others can sing with children to explain the
44 sounds and 120 main spelling choices of English. And the Resources will have a truly universal appeal, as they have been developed by Alan Davies with the help of experts from around the world: a music specialist in South Africa, an artist in Australia, and a computer programmer and Alan's wife, an experienced teacher and teacher-trainer, in the UK.
Tickets for the first three SING-A-LONG school concerts, to be held at Holy Rosary School, Horwood Street, Edenvale, are now available from Layton Brown, Sales Director, Pretoria Wholesale Stationers (PWS), Tel: 012 523 1000 Email: lbrown@pws.co.za.
Tickets are on a first come first served basis. The concerts are open to all - that is, teachers, parents, grandparents and children from other schools are most welcome (especially if children from your school are in the cast!). 400 tickets are available for each of the three nights minus the VIPs that will be attending on each of the nights (that is, a total of 1,200 tickets - which are likely to be in high demand! So book as soon as you can).
Principals and Senior Staff from THRASS Schools in Gauteng
Principals and senior staff from THRASS schools are asked if they would be kind enough to coordinate the number of tickets required by their teachers and parents - and to ring Layton Brown at PWS (as soon as is possible) with a provisional request/indication of the likely number of tickets required.
Tel: 012 523 1000.
