Spoil your child and his/her friends by having their birthday party at the Two Oceans Aquarium. We know that parents don’t want to have the hassle of cleaning up their home after a bunch of kids, nor do they want to worry about the catering and décor. The Two Oceans Aquarium in conjunction with I&J now provides a complete package that includes a child-friendly guided tour of the Aquarium, a fully catered lunch with party box, décor, activities, personal encounter with a penguin, have a diver send your little one a special message or have the puppet sing Happy Birthday for your son/daughter. This party is both entertaining and educational, does not depend on the weather and is hassle free.

We insist upon a minimum supervision of 1 adult per 5 kids. Adults accompanying party children, paid for by the mom/dad come in at a special rate of R50p/p. Parents buying their own tickets on the day pay the normal entrance rate of R100p/p.

Unlimited invitations for all the kids (email and print versions)
Entrance into the Aquarium with a supervised child-friendly guided tour

A party box per child containing a selection of sweets and party goodies
The birthday child’s name displayed on the party table
Name badges & treasure chest to store gifts
During the tour you will take part in one of the following - puppet show, penguin feed, I&J Predator feed or Arts ‘n Crafts

Maya package (Private venue)
More suitable for younger children who need to crawl or sit on the ground

Exclusive use of the Metropolitan Qualsa Auditorium as your party venue for 2 hours post Aquarium tour
To entertain toddlers/babies we will provide a number of age appropriate toys in the venue
To accommodate younger catering needs the meal can be changed to include options such as macaroni and cheese, yoghurt and fruit salad and purity.
The party box contents can also be adapted to include teething biscuits, flings etc more appropriate to smaller toddlers and babies.

Members get a 20% discount on the children’s packages only. (applies to parties booked on Fridays to Sundays only)
If mom and dad of the birthday child are members of the Aquarium their entrance is transferable to a family member.
