If you are in Cape Town this weekend then you are in for a treat. The Baby Expo is on at the ICC from 30 Oct to 1 Nov and Barney and Friends will perform their brand new “At The Beach” show every day. Maxine and I attended The Baby Expo in Durban to judge the best stands and the most innovative products. We were impressed by all the new products on the market, the variety of parenting talks and in general a well organised show. Congratulations to Tub Sub and Swim Fin who were presented with Super Silver Awards for the Product Innovation category.

Finally, some advice from Bill Cosby for parents to be: "Always end the name of your child with a vowel, so that when you yell the name will carry."
