Native to Cape Town, Monique Hellenberg is one of the city’s most well-known up-and-coming young jazz vocalists. Monique completed a B Music Degree in Jazz Vocal Performance at the University of Cape Town in 2004. She is a versatile performer, and appears regularly with some of Cape Town’s most respected jazz bands, including “Breakfast Included” and UCT Jazz Piano Lecturer, Andre Lilley.
