Dear Moms, Dads, Relatives, Educators and Business Owners!
I would like to welcome and thank Kerry Salmon and Dr Claudia Aleotti who have kindly agreed to write articles for our newsletter.
Kerry is a fellow parent with a background in psychology. This month she raises an interesting point about parents not having the time to correctly discipline their children and when behavioral problems arise, are quick to point the blame in other directions.
Claudia is a Homeopath and also practices Iridology. This month she informs parents about choosing homeopathic medicines to stimulate their child’s immunity, rather than suppressing it with drugs.
This month Melanie, an educational psychologist, tells us about teaching left-handed children to write. She tells us what bad habits to look out for and how to avoid or rectify them. I look forward to reading her article next month which will be about developing and promoting self-esteem or self-confidence in your youngster.
We have 4 more articles of interest this month. Yes, loads of reading material for parents this month! Liz Victor, the Marketing Director of TOPTOTS tells us why we need to stimulate our babies from a young age, Jane Lombard tells us about a scary incident which almost closed her business down, Janine Combrinck, a brand new Mompreneur tells us about the unique crawling pants she has designed and manufactured and, as promised last month, I have compiled another article on undertaking chores with the kids. This month I chose to look at kitchen activities for toddlers and preschoolers.
