OPTION 1 – MUM caters for children.

- A deposit of R100.00 is required on confirmation of your booking.
- Final numbers of guests to be confirmed the day before the party.

- List of all guests names to be given to John, at the gatehouse, on arrival.
- If you are not paying adults entry they will be charged at the gatehouse and normal rates will apply.
- Balance of payment to be made on arrival at the Tea Garden kiosk.
- You may decorate with balloons etc. as you please.
- Party photographer plus CD R200.00 if required.

PARTY PROCEDURE
On arrival please give your list of names to John at the Gatehouse so that he may tick names off and allow guests through. Payment to be made at the top kiosk. (Note if you are not paying for the adults please inform guest so they may be prepared.)
Once your guests have arrived you may give each child their animal feed and start your meander through the farm so they may feed and pet the animals. The sheep, goats and donkey nibble out their hands but please don’t allow the children to feed the pigs as their little fingers will get bitten.
Morning Party
The milking demo is at 10.30am so try to take the children to the milking parlour at that time so they do not miss it. Ask John where it is and to call you if necessary.
Thereafter Joseph and John will do the pony ride (and tractor ride if ordered.) Should you require the rides to be done earlier just ask the staff.
Afternoon Party
After seeing the animals tell Joseph or John you are ready for your pony ride (thereafter tractor ride if ordered) and then you may finish off with the milking demo at 3.30pm.
IMPORTANT
1. There are little benches for the children to sit on while waiting for their pony ride and a mounting block for them to stand on when it is their turn. Please use these.
2. Please be careful not to allow anyone to stand behind any of the horses as they can, although tame, unexpectedly kick.
3. There are toilets near the Blue Tractor and more at the top behind the thatched tea garden room.
4. The party procedures are guidelines. You may structure it as you please.
