Croc City Crocodile Farm provides the opportunity to observe one of the world's most spectacular predators at close range. You are also given the chance to HOLD a hatchling. On display we have croc hatchlings to large adults of up to five meters in length. The tea garden offers delicious refreshments and in the curio shop you will find a wide variety of souvenirs, as well as vacuum packed crocodile meat.
Informative guided tours are given in English and Afrikaans.
Croc City Crocodile Farm is situated 50 kilometres north of Johannesburg Central and is close to game parks, the Lanseria International Airport, the Cradle of Humankind and the Hartbeespoort Dam.
Kids Parties at Croc City
Our aim is to make it a fun-filled, yet educational experience for all, even the parents! All kids will be given the opportunity to hold or touch a REAL crocodile hatchling. Once all the kids have arrived they will be taken on a fun and informative tour to see the crocs.
The kids can play on the jungle gym or safely run and explore, as there is plenty of space to enjoy themselves.
Supervision will be provided at all times to ensure the safety of the children.
Open: 7 days a week, Mondays – Sundays, 09:00 – 16:30, with ample secure parking.
Location: Travel north on William Nicoll drive, turn Left onto Witkoppen road. Turn Right into Cedar Road, go straight until you get to a T-junction, turn Left, 300m on Right hand side – Croc City Crocodile Farm.
