- This unique and exciting programme offers activities designed for your child to learn about him/herself and nature, build self-esteem and have fun:
- Yoga and creative movement builds core strength, develops flexibility, improves breathing and increases focus.
- Guided meditations will improve your child’s visualisation skills and enables them to quieten their minds.
- Giving Back to the Community – various programmes such as growing vegetables, researching plants and helping to develop community projects will be incorporated into the week-end
- Life Skills programme gets your child in touch with their emotions so that they are able to develop skills to express themselves and relateto others constructively.
- Drama Workshops use music, movement and self-expression to access your child’s sense of confidence.
- Interactive music, singing and drumming provides fun and ways of learning about inner rhythm.
- Nature walks in the mountain, forest and along the river provide the appreciation of our connection to Nature and respect for all living things.
- Therapy for Little Feet creates an opportunity for self healing and understanding the body.
- Art Workshops – your child will bring something home created from nature
Star gazing and big bon fires on clear, still nights away from the hustle and bustle of city living and bright city lights and Bird Watching.

HOW:
We will be collected by bus from a venue to be determined and returning there on the Monday.

ADULT SUPERVISION:
The Retreat is run by Suzie and Glynis who are both experienced with children of all ages. Suzie founded Yoga4kids nearly 10 years ago and Glynis has
worked with children through teaching yoga and volunteer work for several years.
COST PER CHILD:
R1,535.00 includes all meals, accommodation, transport, activities for the three days
