The Victorian Dollhouse is the ultimate Barbie Dollhouse, which was
modelled carefully around the doll, as well as the furniture that was
purpose made to suit this fashion doll and house. This is our most popular
dollhouse by far, as it can accommodate both Barbie as well as Bratz
fashion dolls.
This dollhouse boasts 4 huge rooms, as well as a secretive attic. Both
front walls open outward to reveal the inside of the house, whilst the
roof opens backwards to expose the attic. The house comes complete with
working doors and windows, and has 2 balconies, one on each floor. This
house will be supplied fully assembled in Gauteng.
In kit form, the doors, windows and trimmings are all pre-hung, while the
outside walls pre-painted in lavender and soft pink.The instructions are
easy to follow, and assembly can be done in under an hour, thanks to our
easy slot and tab system. The box size is 1000 (h) X 700 (w) X 130 (d),
and weighs ~17kg’s.
The gingerbread trimmings are all in natural wood colour. The walls of
this house are constructed from imported 9mm MDF, and the house once
built, is solid and rigid as each panel is CNC cut to precision. The
finished size of the house is 1000 (h) X 820 (w) X 420 (d). It can also be
supplied in raw wood form, also as a kit or ready built.
This house is the perfect accessory to any little girls room and, coupled
with its matching sized furniture which is also available, will allow the
kid to play out countless scenarios with the fashion dolls that they
already own. Dollhouse play is a favourite way for children to mimic and
make sense of the social interactions in their world, and with colder
seasons, it is a favourite indoor toy among kids. This well-crafted,
three-story dollhouse is made of first class materials, brightly painted

This is a budget Doll House, but has the all of the trimmings and look of
the larger 6 roomed dollhouses,
which are currently selling very well nationally. The intention of this
doll house is to ensure that we are able to make a doll house that is
affordable to the masses without any compromise in quality. These
dollhouses are a delight to play with as attested by many clients, and
will add hours of fun and interest to any little girls bedroom. They are
hard wearing, represent an item of kids room furniture, and will last for
years, even with no maintenance!. Although not very popular, they still
capture the active imagination of little girls.
These houses can be ‘extended to’ at a later stage by simply adding
another similar type house side by side to each other to resemble a
typical apartment style setup. The furniture we manufacture fits perfectly
into this house.
In Kit form,
The kit contains an easy to assemble instruction guide, and all pieces
necessary to fully assemble the dolls house, and weighs in the region of
about 7 kg’s. All doors and windows are already pre-hung. Finished size as follows: 930mm (high), 458mm (wide) and 320mm (deep). Box size is 630
(h) X 500 (w) X 130 (d).
Known as the ‘Apartment’, this house is constructed using 9mm thick
imported MDF walls and has a single front opening door that contains 3
working windows and a door, whilst the back is completely sealed by means
of a masonite board. This doll house is suitable for the Bratz doll and
because it is relatively narrow (458mm wide), it will fit comfortable in
many little girls’ bedrooms where space may be a problem. It further has
an attic as well as a dormer window attached to its roof. It has 3 large
rooms that are accessed via the staircases. It comes with all exterior
facing panels prepainted in low sheen eggshell enamel. This wall covering
is waterproof, and can be further decorated by attaching stickers onto it
or may be even drawn/printed on with felt tip pens.
It can be easily cleaned by simply wiping the walls with a damp cloth, and
it will look new again. The hinges have been cleverly concealed, are
durable, and made to be ‘as far as possible’ kid safe. All panels have
been vigorously tested to ensure that all moveable parts do not break nor
wear easily.
Each doll house comes in three soft pastel colours as illustrated in the
attached pics, viz, lavender, pink and cerise/purple, with windows and
gingerbread trimmings finished in natural wood.

The furniture that we manufacture fit perfectly into this house, which is
also available on request. Please note that this house is NOT suitable for
the Barbie Doll.

We are also in the process of having a complete lighting set being
designed for each house, so kids can also 'wire' their own houses after
having it built. This kit is standard as an optional package and can be
installed in all of the dollhouses we manufacture. This can also serve as
a fantastic bedside night light to provide soft lighting to a kids room,
and draws current off 2 AA batteries!.
Our company has been in existence since 2005, and we pride ourselves on
making quality dollhouses for the South African market. We are also

All dollhouses are that are supplied in kit form for courier destinations
outside Gauteng are flat packed for easy transportation with a simple to
assemble instruction guide.
We also have an exchange warranty for factory defects within a 3 month
period of purchase. All houses come with a staircase which allow for play
access to the first floor. Houses are not painted on the inside, which
permits creativity on the part of the child in terms of wallpapering or
colour scheming to match furniture or curtaining.
Delivery or collection of Dollhouses is usually within 5 to 10 working
days of confirmation of order.(although you can call to enquire whether we
do have holding stock ready for supply).
