Moms and Tots is a programme developed for the toddler in the 1 to 3 ½ year age group. It is designed to stimulate the love of learning, increase self-confidence and a feeling of self-worth in the toddler.

It also aims to enrich the mother/toddler relationship which is often jeopardised by the frenzied rush of modern lifestyle. Busy schedules often intervene and the importance of play can be lost.

Moms and toddlers attend the workshops once a week for two hours. The programmes are designed to be appropriate to the age of the toddlers within the group and are limited to 12 mothers and toddlers per session.

Workshop curricular developed by leading child psychologists and teachers.

Separate sessions are held for tiny tots and older toddlers.

Morning and afternoon workshops are available each day of the week.

Saturday classes are available at certain franchises only.

The Tiny Tots programme caters especially for the little ones in the 12 to 18 month age group, allowing for their shorter attention span. There are more hands-on activities and “action play”, but these are of shorter duration. The emphasis is on gross motor co-ordination.

Moms and Tots workshop includes:

Free play with an extensive array of educational toys
Songs, rhymes, making music, story time and crafts
Life skills and messy play
Gross motor activities and obstacle courses.

All the activities are designed to encourage the children to make choices on their own by providing them with all the necessary feelings of security to explore and grow at their own pace.
