A Brief History Of Cottontails:

Est. 1982 at the request of the then district nursing sister which has grown to a comfortable size child care facility that has maintained a close parent teacher relationship and is owner run.

Play
While children play they learn. We at Cottontails do not stop educating them - for in the playground their peer interaction is concentrated upon by us to ensure their social skills are enhanced

Academic
Storytelling, Drawing, Colouring-in are some of the very first steps to making learning fun and not a grind. We at Cottontails show our children that books and their contents are the greatest.

Extra Murals
At Cottontails our extra-mural content is high as we believe that education is an all round event in a person’s life.

• We have a Psychologist on the premises.
• We also have speech and occupational therapists visiting on a weekly basis.

Meals
Cottontails children enjoy Breakfast+Lunch+Snacks throughout the day in structured meals; with good manners so that respect and enjoyment at mealtime is promoted. Vegetarian meals available.
