Recipe for spaghetti-like carrots and baby marrow.

Carrot and Marrow Spaghetti


  • 6 x Baby marrows
  • 3 x Large carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Salt (pink salt preferably)
  • Garlic and mixed herb seasoning.


  1. Preheat your oven to 200oC.
  2. Cut off the ends of the marrows and carrots
  3. Peel the carrots
  4. Use a julienne slicer to cut up the marrows and carrots into long spaghetti like strips and place them in an oven-proof roasting dish
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the carrots and marrows
  6. Season with salt, garlic and mixed herb seasoning
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
